Hello and thank you for your interest in Building Blocks Playschools. As a mother of five children, I can more easily anticipate, empathize and understand each stage your child is going through in their early years. As well, I have a diploma in Early Childhood Education and a certificate as an Educational Assistant. My education combined with my life skills as a mother, has helped to enhance the curriculum that is offered at Building Blocks Playschools and the way your children are played with and taught with the understanding that each child is very priceless and a unique individual. My favorite part of the day is when I facilitate the craft activity, which gives me a chance to have some very special, one on one time with each child. I hope you are finding this website useful and educational as to what we do with the children ("our kids") when they spend a day with us.
